30-Day Change of Mind: You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the criteria below.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Beyond the initial 30 days, your purchase is protected by our 1-year warranty, covering technical malfunctions and hardware defects.

Proof of Purchase: All returns require a valid receipt or order number. Items returned without proof of purchase may be subject to delays or rejection.
💻 Refurbished & Pre-Owned Electronics
To qualify for a refund, all used or refurbished devices (including smartphones, laptops, tablets, consoles, and wearables) must be returned in their original dispatched condition. This includes all packaging, chargers, and accessories provided at the time of sale.

Please Note:

Refund values may be reduced if items are returned with missing accessories or signs of new cosmetic damage.

If an item fails inspection due to customer-caused damage, it will be sent back to you.

Unopened Items: Can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened Items: Once the manufacturer's seal is broken, the item is no longer "Brand New." These are ineligible for a change-of-mind refund and can only be exchanged or repaired if a genuine hardware fault is found.
❌ What Isn’t Covered?
We cannot accept returns or warranty claims for the following:

Media & Software: Opened video games, DVDs, Blu-rays, or software with broken security seals.

Physical & Liquid Damage: Cracked screens, water ingress, or evidence of drops/impact.

Tampering: Devices that have been jailbroken, rooted, or had unauthorized software installed.

Account Locks: Any device locked to iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts. Devices must be factory reset before returning.

Third-Party Repairs: The MobiNest warranty is voided if the device has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized technician.

Missing Identifiers: Devices with tampered or removed serial numbers/IMEIs.

Preparing Your MobiNest Return
A Step-by-Step Guide to a Smooth Process
Follow these steps to ensure your return is processed quickly for a refund, repair, or exchange.
Step 1: Verify Your Warranty Coverage
Before shipping your item, ensure it is eligible for coverage:

Excluded: Devices with cracked screens, significant liquid damage, or those opened by unauthorized third parties are not covered.

Out of Warranty? If we cannot repair it under warranty, you can still visit a local specialist. Alternatively, contact us to trade it in for cash—we love giving old tech a second life!
Step 2: Document the Condition (Photos)
To protect yourself from transit disputes, please provide clear, well-lit photos of your device from all angles.

Smartphones/Tablets: Screen ON and OFF, back, and all four sides.

Laptops: Screen ON and OFF, keyboard, outer lid (closed), and all ports.

Smartwatches: Screen ON and OFF, casing, back sensor, and strap connectors.
Tip: You can attach these photos directly to your email thread with our support team.
Step 3: Back Up & Erase Your Data
Your privacy is our priority, but data management is your responsibility.

Back Up: Use iCloud (Apple), Google Drive (Android), or Time Machine/Windows Backup to save your files.

Factory Reset: Our technicians may perform diagnostic wipes; ensure your data is saved elsewhere before sending the device in.
Step 4: Sign Out of Accounts & eSIMs
Important: We cannot process returns for "locked" devices. You must remove:

Apple: Sign out of Find My iPhone and iCloud.

Android: Remove Google and Samsung Accounts.

eSIMs: Go to Settings > SIM Manager and "Remove eSIM."

If the device won't turn on, remove the device from your account via a web browser (iCloud.com or Google Account settings).
Step 5: Include Order Details
To avoid delays, please include a note inside the package with:

If you have a printer, a copy of your original invoice is ideal.
Step 6: Secure Packaging
Electronics are fragile. Please pack with care:

The Box: Use a sturdy, double-walled cardboard box. Never use envelopes.

Padding: Use bubble wrap or foam peanuts. The device should not move when the box is shaken.

Accessories: Include the chargers and cables that came with your order.

Seal: Use strong packing tape on all seams.
Step 7: Shipping Your Item
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid label for one of our partners (Royal Mail, UPS, Evri, or Yodel).

Drop-Off: Visit a local collection point (use the QR code provided if you don't have a printer).

Collection: Schedule a pickup via the link in our email.

Tracking: Once posted, please email us your tracking number so we can prioritize your arrival.
