MobiNest is a digital-first retailer. We operate exclusively online to provide the most competitive pricing for our customers. We do not maintain physical retail storefronts for browsing or over-the-counter sales. All support and transactions are managed through our digital infrastructure.

4. Eligibility & Capacity

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under United Kingdom law.

5. Product Accuracy & Integrity

  • Descriptions: We aim for 100% accuracy in descriptions and imagery. However, since many items are refurbished, minor cosmetic variations may occur within the stated grade (e.g., Pristine, Excellent).

  • Illustrations: Product images are for illustrative purposes. The actual device may vary slightly in appearance based on its specific refurbished condition.

6. Financial Terms

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Errors: In the rare event of a pricing error, MobiNest reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

8. Warranty & Protection

8.1 Manufacturer Warranty (New Units)

Brand-new items carry the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty. Claims should ideally be directed to the manufacturer for the fastest specialist repair, though MobiNest can facilitate the introduction if required.

8.2 MobiNest 12-Month Guarantee (Refurbished)

Our pre-owned devices are protected by a 12-month hardware warranty. This covers internal mechanical and electrical failures. It strictly excludes:

  • Accidental damage (cracks/liquid).

  • Unauthorized third-party software or hardware modifications.

  • Normal battery capacity degradation.

9. Right to Cancel & Returns

  • Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of receipt for a full refund.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Faulty Items: Defective goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MobiNest account credentials. MobiNest reserves the right to terminate accounts that display fraudulent activity or violate these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property
